I would recommend PC knights rather than taking your repair needs to a big box store. We recently took our broken Xbox One there and it works like new again.

Great experience. I took in a 1 year old Dell Laptop with Windows 10.1. I logged in and everything was reset as if I had created a new account. I couldn't use Microsoft Office or many other programs without re-registering them. PC Knights had my laptop for less than two hours, had it working properly again and the cost was way below what I anticipated. I had a limited experience, but I will go back if I need help in the future. I highly recommend them.

They were extremely friendly and polite. They checked out our laptop and Chromebook and let us know that day what the problem and suggested course of action was and how much it would cost. Another place had said the laptop was basically throw away at this point (Best buy's geek squad) and yet PC Knights could fix it fast and cheaper then I thought the upgrades would be. Can't recommend them enough.

Literally the best repair shop/people ever. They take the time to inform their customers to the problem and offer multiple solutions. I ended up having to do a full rebuild and they worked overtime and walked me through step by step to make sure I got my computer back and functioning as soon as possible. Do not go anywhere else. If you have to drive a bit to get here, do it instead of going to Best Buy or some other nonsense rip off place
